Dade Marine Institute fundraiser

Dade Marine Institute (DMI) held a fundraiser aboard the RCCL Liberty of the Seas cruise liner at the Port of
Miami May 16th, 2009. Guests had a chance to explore the ship, enjoy a cocktail party, silent auction, an
amazing Ice Spectacular show and lunch in the Rembrandt Dining Room. The fundraiser also featured
speakers which included a graduate of DMI. DMI is a member of the Associated Marine Institutes (AMI)
which is a non-profit organization established in 1969 to provide rehabilitative services for youthful offenders.

Dade Marine Institute's goal is to assist young people in becoming the best person that they can be. This is
accomplished by helping students obtain goals that they set for themselves which include improving academic
performance, making positive changes in attitude and behavior while developing employability skills and
plotting a course for a successful future once a student leaves DMI. Click on link below to contribute please.
