Doral Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony

Hundreds turned out to see the wonderful lights at the 5th annual Downtown Doral holiday tree
lighting ceremony Dec. 2nd, 2010 which was presented by Codina Partners, the master developer
of Downtown Doral.  The ceremony was led by City of Doral Mayor Juan Carlos Bermudez along
with K. Lawrence Gragg, President and COO, Codina Partners and Ana-Marie Codina Barlick,
Director, Codina Partners. Doral Middle School Band and John I. Smith Elementary
School choir performed holiday tunes for an enthusiastic audience.

Downtown Doral is a 120-acre master-planned community destined to be the heart of the City of Doral
and will also be home to the new Doral City Hall. The mixed-use development will feature thousands of
residential units and more than one million square feet of commercial space and an elementary school.
The community will also feature a three-acre public park, landscaped medians and a residential boulevard
lined with townhouses complemented by beautiful landscaping, fountains and shade pavilions.
