Give = Save
Saks Fifth Avenue guests were treated to a "Wear Fashion" Presentation featuring DKNY & Elie
Taharie Collections with informal modeling and fashion tips at Dadeland Mall Nov. 30th, 2010
Guests also had the opportunity for GIVE = Live to help Support Spay / Neuter Programs. Each
year in Miami Dade County up to 36,000 cats and dogs enter the public shelter system. 20,000
of them are euthanized. The only way to end euthanasia of companion animals is by controlling
the problem of pet overpopulation. One pair of unsterilized dogs can produce 67,000 puppies
in 7 years. One pair of unsterilized cats can produce 11.6 million kittens in 9 years.
How can you help? Support Spay/Neuter Programs by Donating Online (click below) at
MDASFOUNDATION.ORG or by mail Miami Dade Animal Services Foundation,
PO Box 012417, Miami, Florida 33101. YOUR DONATION WILL SAVE LIVES
The Miami Dade Animal Services Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to funding
spay and neuter programs in Miami-Dade County. This organization is different from other animal
welfare groups because its sole focus is on tackling the root of the problem: pet population. By preventing
the birth of unwanted cats and dogs, fewer pets enter the shelter system and fewer are euthanized
