It Takes A Village

Village Place hosted Village Walk, a festive, family-oriented and entertaining event, sponsored
by the Miami Shores Merchants Association, in downtown Miami Shores May 29th, 2010.
Hundreds turned out to have fun, feast and to be entertained by events such as a
doggie/people fashion show. Northeast 2nd Avenue, in Miami Shores, was
closed to traffic and transformed into an outdoor mall, if you will, with
several hours of activities featuring costumed greeters, art exhibits,
children’s activities, merchant open houses, live music, sport
and health clinics, performances and food.
