FIU-WF09-022895 - Chef Carol Wallack (left) of Sola, Chicago presents a $5,000 donation to Florida International University on behalf of the Idaho Potato Commission. Chef Wallack won the Idaho Potato Side Dish Challenge at the Burger Bash during the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. “Mr. Food” aka Art Ginsburg (far right) was an honorary judge.
