FIU-WF09-022882 - Chef Carol Wallack, not pictured, of Sola, Chicago presented a $5,000 donation to Florida International University on behalf of the Idaho Potato Commission. Chef Wallack won the Idaho Potato Side Dish Challenge at the Burger Bash during the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. “Mr. Food” aka Art Ginsburg, not pictured, was an honorary judge.
